I love this more and more each time I read it. Thank you so much. It's such a feast of layers and depth, beautifully voiced - painful, funny and the sex is wholly in character. (WTF is Napoleon thinking, though... ::sighs::)

This was a very neat story! I don't think I've ever read one where I was leaning back and forth so much between feeling really happy and really frustrated and sad for the boys.
Illya's characterization was very interesting - I really love how you focused on his sarcasm. Poor guy...I really felt for him after Napoleon explained why he was so anxious to get back to NY. But I laughed out loud when Nap discovered the ring gone. That is *so* Illya!!!
